To make your stay with us just that little bit extra special, all the luxury lodges are beautifully decorated with high quality contemporary furnishings and fittings that you would expect.

Four of the luxury lodges have a privately located hot tub for you to bubble away for total relaxation and all have sundecks and gas barbecues.

We haven’t forgotten those furry four legged friends too, treats on arrival, dog blankets for helping us to protect the furniture, dog towels to dry off and both food and water bowls are all provided. Dog crates can also be provided on request.


On your arrival you will be welcomed by a selection of local produce and if the feeling takes you, you can add in a few more extras when you book your stay.

  • Welcome Pack: Smugglers Brew Tea, Rodda’s Milk, Chough Bread, Rodda’s Butter, Boddington Jam, The Padstow Coffee Company Harlyn-Blend Coffee, Half Dozen Eggs and Cornish Biscuits. Trevarno Soap and Shampoo.
  • Sleeps: 6
  • Changeover Day: Thursday or Friday in Low Season and Thursday in High Season.
  • Arrival & Departure: Arrival from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, departure by 10:00am.
  • Bed Linen: High quality linen supplied and changed weekly.
  • Towels: Beach Towels are provided for use at the Hot Tub (if applicable) or on the beach. Bathroom Towels are also provided.
  • Pet Friendly: Yes, maximum of two dogs per property.
  • Parking: Parking for 2 cars.
  • Facilities: Hot Tub (if applicable), Sundeck, Gas Barbecue & Garden Furniture, SMART Televisions, Fully equipped Kitchen including Dishwasher, Utility with Washing Machine.
  • Wi-Fi: Yes, each of the lodges has Broadband.
  • Mobile Phone Reception: The signal can be intermittent at Martha's Orchard.

All the luxury lodges have a spacious, open plan living accommodation with double tri-fold doors that lead out onto a sundeck bringing the Cornish countryside inside.

Description

The luxury lodges sleep up to 6 people, are furnished to a high standard and designed with both luxury and families in mind. The high quality contemporary interiors and fully equipped, state of the art kitchen delivers the perfect layout for families with comfy sofas and plenty of space for entertaining. The lounge has a gothic style fireplace and wood burner effect fire for those cosy winter evenings.

Each lodge has a utility room, perfect for all your laundry needs but also space for hanging up wetsuits and storing away footwear.

The sleeping accommodation comprises of two double rooms and a twin.

Bedroom one is complete with its very own walk-through wardrobe which leads to a stylish and modern en-suite. Both bedroom two and bedroom three, have generous, well designed storage and share a similarly stylish and modern bathroom. Bedroom three has a wall mounted TV.

Outside a sundeck runs around each of the lodges and a gas barbecue with garden furniture is provided for you to enjoy the Cornish sunshine. There is also an outside tap with hose attached for removing the sand and cleaning down wetsuits.

Luxury lodges Pippin, Greenselves, Discovery and Falstaff all have Hot Tubs for you to bubble away and unwind.

Three day short breaks from Friday are available except in High Season. At all other times prices are per week commencing on a Friday.

Please make sure that you arrive between 4:00pm and 7:00pm as there is no resident warden to deal with access outside these hours. Emergencies on the day of arrival are to telephone our sister site Mother Ivey’s Bay on 01841 520 990.

Fresh Seasonal Flowers

If you would like to have beautiful, fresh, seasonal flowers either delivered in advance or delivered during your stay, please add them to your booking when you book your accommodation. Flowers are locally sourced where possible and come in two sizes. The large arrangement is supplied in a Kilner jar while the larger luxury bouquet is arranged in a cookie jar.

We have also partnered with Cornwall’s very own Camel Valley Vineyard. Save space in your car and pre-order a bottle or two of locally produced Award Winning, Camel Valley ‘Cornwall’ Brut to your booking, it will be waiting in the fridge for when you arrive. A fresh and fruity fizz, perfect for all celebrations.

Make the most of your holiday and let Fee's Food take care of the cooking so you can spend more time on the beach and less in the kitchen. Run by Fee and her team, they have perfected the balance between convenience and quality. Fee's range of excellent home cooked frozen meals are available for delivery on her website with some stocked at local Constantine Bay Stores. If you are after a little more, why not speak to her about hiring a private chef for the evening and create a menu bespoke for you and your guests.
