An Award-Winning 2018 for Martha’s Orchard
Success at local and regional Awards Ceremony
It was a fantastic evening celebrating Tourism Businesses from across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly at the Cornwall Tourism Awards on 1st November, held at Truro Cathedral this year, with a stunning light show to add even more sparkle to the celebrations.
It was certainly a successful evening as Martha’s Orchard won Silver in the Holiday Park and Village of the Year category.
There was further success later in the month at the South West Tourism Excellence Awards as Martha’s Orchard were Highly Commended for Holiday Park and Village of the Year.
Environmental recognition with the David Bellamy Conservation Award
The team at Martha’s Orchard are delighted to have received Gold for their environmental achievements this year, the highest accolade possible in the David Bellamy Conservations Awards.
The beautiful gardens and grounds of this luxury retreat have also been accredited as a Honey Bee Friendly site, in recognition of the gardening team’s work to help the environment including Britain’s honey bees and other pollinators.
